Ohtels RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

At Ohtels we work to reduce the surplus at all points in the value chain of our gastronomy. 

At Ohtels, we are committed to the "Km 0" concept, promoting the local economy in the destinations where our establishments are located.

For this reason, we strive to select local suppliers who share our mission, supporting the economic activity in the areas where we operate, working with producers from the regions where Ohtels hotels are located.

Additionally, we have organic gardens in some of our Ohtels, where we sustainably grow vegetables while respecting the environment. This way, hotel guests enjoy these products in the dishes served at our restaurants.

We have invested in systems to reduce water consumption and better use of this resource in all Ohtels.

We currently carry out exhaustive daily follow-up, through monitoring, to reduce and optimize water consumption in our facilities.

In addition, we offer free osmotic water to customers, replacing the use of bottled water in the Ohtels, also contributing to the reduction of waste generation.

To minimize the impact generated, at Ohtels we are committed to reducing electricity consumption.

We will achieve this objective by optimizing the use of the facilities through monitoring and control and investing in more efficient technologies that reduce our CO2 footprint.

In addition, we have implemented good practices that we continually review and optimize.
