At Ohtels we have a clear commitment to society and the protection of the environment in each destination in which we operate. For this reason, we try to actively collaborate in both social and environmental projects that help the well-being of our surroundings and the planet on which we live.

We are committed to a responsible and sustainable policy that increases the positive impact of all our actions
We collaborate with:
Onada Foundation
It is a non-profit social initiative entity that works to improve the quality of life of people with greater difficulties in the Tarragonès region, province of Tarragona.
For this reason, people with difficulties in social and labour reintegration collaborate with us by being an active part of the Ohtels team , taking care of gardening tasks in our hotels. A way of improving their personal autonomy and quality of life, giving them the same opportunities as the rest of the citizens.
Alliance for childhood vaccination - La Caixa Foundation
We collaborate with this initiative created 15 years ago by the la Caixa Foundation in collaboration with Gavi and the Vaccine Alliance, whose objective is for Spanish companies to cooperate against infant mortality in developing countries and with people with problems of access to universal healthcare. An initiative promoted by the Bill i Melinda Gates Foundation and with the support of La Caixa.
We collaborate with this non-profit entity for social help through sports. Organize 100% solidarity sporting events on the Costa Dorada (La Pineda Playa in Vila-seca, Salou, Cambrils...) to promote awareness and social values.
For us it is very important to reduce the surplus at all points of the value chain of our gastronomy. For this reason, we collaborate with partners such as Cáritas and the Food Bank to whom we donate surpluses from our restaurants throughout the season.
Solidarity walk - Sant Joan de Déu Foundation
In 2023, we held the first Ohtels-Magic Line solidarity walk, in benefit of the Obra Social Sant Joan de Déu.
This year 2024, we have celebrated the 2nd edition of the walk, with 200 participants and a total of 4000 euros in donations. This money is destined to collaborate with Sant Joan de Déu in its social and health programmes and projects.
There is still a long way to go together!
