Ohtels CO2 FOOTPRINT

On the one hand, we want to reduce our electricity consumption to the minimum necessary . On the other hand, we want to produce our own green energy which will further reduce our need to purchase energy. In addition, all the energy we consume will always come from renewable sources, both internal and external.

Photovoltaic generation: we have more than 2,680 panels installed in our hotels, which is equal to more than 1,220 kW of power that generate 1.5GWh annually. Thanks to this, we managed to reduce the equivalent of more than 1,500 tons of CO2 per year, similar to planting more than 80,000 trees per year.

We have eliminated single-use plastic and are progressively reducing the rest of the plastic in our facilities.

Sustainable cups: In our hotels we have a system of reusable cups that is very comfortable for customers.

In all our hotels we prioritize sustainable, compostable, biodegradable, ecological and recycled products. We will find them in the amenities in the room, in restaurants, cafeterias…

Our hotels have electric vehicle charging stations and dedicated parking spaces in our car parks.
